Privacy Policy

This policy covers The Feyi Agbaje (“we”, “us”), a bespoke bridal couture atelier, and the personal information we collect through thefeyiagbaje.com (this website). We serve clients in Nigeria, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, so this policy is written to be consistent with Nigeria’s NDPR, Canada’s PIPEDA, and the UK/EU GDPR. If any local law gives you stronger rights than described here, those rights apply.

Our own inquiry form (Contact page) collects: name, email address, your message, and, if you picked one, the collection you’re asking about. We also record the IP address a submission came from, solely to filter spam and abuse.

We do not operate customer accounts, do not process payments on this website, and do not collect payment card details here. Any commissioning of a gown and its pricing is agreed with you separately, outside this website.

Scheduling is handled by Calendly, embedded directly on our Book page. When you book a call, the name, email, and any details you enter go straight to Calendly, not to us. We only see what Calendly chooses to show us as the call organizer (typically your name, email, and the time booked). Calendly’s own privacy practices govern that data; see Calendly’s privacy policy.

We use the information from our own inquiry form only to:

• Reply to your inquiry;
• Keep a record of client communications for our own business purposes; and
• Detect and prevent spam or misuse of our forms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and respond to you. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Calendly: handles discovery-call scheduling end-to-end, as described above.
• Our email/SMTP provider: to reply to inquiries.
• Our hosting providers: Vercel (this website) and our backend host (the admin system that stores inquiry records). Both process data only to keep the site and our systems running.

Some of these providers operate outside the country you’re contacting us from. For example, Calendly is a US-based service. By submitting a form or booking a call, you understand your information may be processed in a different country than your own, with protections appropriate to that transfer.

We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and keep business records, in practice no longer than 3 years from your last contact with us, unless we’re required to keep it longer (for example, for tax or legal reasons), or you ask us to delete it sooner. Booking records live in Calendly, under Calendly’s own retention practices.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct information that’s inaccurate;
• Ask us to delete your information;
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it; and
• Withdraw consent, where we rely on it.

This site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to stored inquiry records is restricted to authorized staff. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information.

This website is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is material, we’ll make that clear on the site.
